Cooking method
Mix all spices and salt in one container. Pour in the olive oil, mix thoroughly.
My fillet is under running water, dried with a paper towel. We coat each fillet with spices and wrap it in foil.
We put the convolutions in the bowl of the multivark, bake on the "Baking" mode for 45 minutes.
After the beep, we leave the meat in the slow cooker for another 15 minutes, then cool it, wrap it in plastic wrap and send it to the refrigerator for 2 hours.
Cut the pork into slices and eat with pleasure!
