Rub the egg with sugar, add softened butter, mix.
Enter the flour, add a pinch of salt and knead the dough. The dough should turn out soft and plastic, and at the output - sandy and crumbly.
Divide the dough into two unequal parts (2:1). Roll out the layer from the larger one, put it on the bottom of the multivark, form a small side.
Brush this layer with thick jam and cover with a smaller part of the dough, crumbling it on the surface of the pie or grating it on a coarse grater.
Bake the pie using the Baking program for 25-30 minutes. Check your readiness, if necessary, leave it to be finished.
Cool the finished cake with the lid open, then remove to a large dish and serve.
