Step 1:
In order to quickly cook delicious pork, we will need a slow cooker, and we will cook from turkey fillet. Take a piece of fillet of 800 grams, wash it with cold water and dry it with a napkin. And also peel 5 cloves of garlic and cut each lengthwise, so that it is easier to scupper the meat, break 2 bay leaves into several parts. We will also collect a teaspoon with the top of spices, half a teaspoon of salt, and a tablespoon of vegetable oil.
Step 2:
We pierce the turkey fillet evenly with the tip of a knife in different places and put a piece of garlic into these cuts.
Step 3:
Then rub the stuffed piece of fillet with spices and salt from all sides.
Step 4:
Pour vegetable oil over the meat.
Step 5:
Once again with our hands we crumple the fillet, thoroughly smearing it with oil from all sides.
Step 6:
Next, put the prepared meat in the bowl of the slow cooker, put pieces of bay leaf on it.
Step 7:
Pour a glass of water into the bowl to the meat, close the multivark with a lid and turn on the meat cooking program for 35 minutes.
Step 8:
After the signal from the slow cooker, let off steam and remove the lid. Turkey pork is ready.
Step 9:
We transfer the hot turkey pork to a dish.
Step 10:
Such meat can be sliced and served both hot and chilled. To serve, cut the turkey pork into slices and place them on a platter.
