Cooking method
1. Wash and dry the breast.
2. Prepare the marinade: combine honey, soy sauce, mustard and 3 tablespoons of oil.
3. Take a hermetically sealed dish, put the breast there and pour the marinade. Leave for 12 hours, turning the breast over periodically.
4. Mix salt, ground red pepper, crushed garlic and the remaining oil.
5. Pull the breast with a culinary thread and coat with the prepared dressing.
4. Bake the prepared breast in a slow cooker on the "BAKING" mode for 7 minutes on each side. Then add water and cook on the "STEWING" mode for 30 minutes. Immediately after the signal, do not take out the breast, let it stand on the "TEMPERATURE SUPPORT" mode for another 30 minutes.
5. Put the finished pastorm in the refrigerator for a few hours.
6. Remove the cooking thread and cut into portions.
