Dilute yeast in warm milk, add 2-3 tablespoons of flour and 1 tsp sugar, mix, let it come up in the heat for 20-30 minutes. While the sourdough is maturing, you need to beat the eggs with white sugar.
Mix the sourdough, beaten eggs in a deep cup, add salt and vanilla. Gradually introduce flour, knead a soft dough.
Then, in the bowl itself or on the table (where it is more convenient for you), mix the butter into the dough. Gradually, first butter, then sunflower.
Return our dough back to the bowl, cover with a towel or cling film. We put the bowl with the dough in a warm place. My dough came up in about 4 hours. The bowl of dough was just on the table.
The dough for the cake should fit well, so do not rush to start baking. Let it stand well.
Pour boiling water over the raisins for 10-15 minutes, drain the water, dry the raisins. Stir steamed raisins into the approaching dough.
Lubricate the bowl of the slow cooker with any oil, lay out the dough.
Insert the bowl into the slow cooker, turn on the heating for 20-25 minutes, then turn off the MV and give the cake time to increase in size two to three times (from 40 minutes to 1 hour).
Bake a cake with raisins in a panasonic slow cooker in the "baking" mode for 60 + 40 minutes. We do not turn the cake over.
After the first signal, do not open the lid, immediately add another 40 minutes. It happens that the slow cooker does not immediately switch to baking mode due to overheating, you need to wait a minute and try again.
