Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
Wash the apples, remove the middle and tails. Cut the pulp with the peel (the second one is optional) into a large cube.
Step 2:
Break the eggs into a dough bowl (or mixer bowl) and whisk well. In the process, add sugar.
Step 3:
Lubricate the bowl of the slow cooker with oil and put an even layer of apples in the bowl.
Step 4:
This is how well-beaten eggs with sugar look.
Step 5:
Stirring the dough at a low speed (or just using a spatula, spoon), add the sifted flour to the dough. Gently mix until smooth, and the dough is ready.
Step 6:
Lay the dough on the apples in an even layer.
Step 7:
Bake the charlotte in a slow cooker for 1 hour at a temperature of 150-160 degrees (in different models, these are Multi-cooker, Frying or Baking modes).
Enjoy!
PS It's good to add a pinch of salt to the charlotte, and also cinnamon or vanilla.
