Cooking method
1. Chop the onion, grate the carrots on a fine grater.
2. Mix the minced meat, onion, carrot. Add salt and spices to taste.
3. Form cutlets from minced meat and put them in a container for steaming.
4. Wash the rice, put it in a bowl of a slow cooker, fill it with water.
5. Place a container with cutlets on top.
6. Close the lid of the slow cooker, select the "Cooking" mode - "Rice / Cereal", the cooking time is 25 minutes.
After the signal of readiness, serve the dish to the table hot.
