Step 1:
Prepare the necessary products.
Step 2:
Peel the onion, cut it, fry it in a frying pan. Remove the onion from the stove.
Step 3:
Peel the carrots, three on a coarse grater, fry.
Step 4:
Add the onion to the carrot, fry together, remove from the stove.
Step 5:
Knead the minced meat.
Step 6:
Wash the rice until the water is transparent, add it to the minced meat.
Step 7:
Add fried onions and carrots to the rice and minced meat.
Step 8:
Add egg and spices to all this, knead properly with your hands for 5 minutes, leave the mixture for half an hour.
Step 9:
Mix sour cream and tomato paste, pour water, salt, add flour, get marinade.
Step 10:
We make minced meat balls with a diameter of about 3 cm .
Step 11:
We put the hedgehogs in the bowl of the slow cooker.
Step 12:
Fill with marinade, put on the "Quenching" mode for 40 minutes.
