Step 1:

Turn on the slow cooker for heating, put a baking mat (or a piece of paper) on the bottom, and half the butter. When the butter melts, we lubricate the walls of the saucepan. Cut the potatoes into thin cubes. Chop the onion thinly. Put in a bowl, mix with onions, herbs, salt and spices.
Step 3:
We put all this in the bowl of the slow cooker.
Step 4:
Beat eggs with milk, flour and a little salt. You can put more eggs.
Step 5:
Pour the egg mixture over the potatoes, put the second half of the butter on top.
Step 6:
Close the lid, switch the slow cooker to Baking mode, 45 minutes. After the signal, we keep it on preheating for 15 minutes with the valve open. If you do not have a Baking mode, cook on Baking. The liquid must completely evaporate, otherwise the cartouche will fall apart.
Step 7:
Then carefully turn the finished dish onto the steamer insert, move it to the plate and remove the paper. Here is such a cartouche we get-ruddy, appetizing!
