Prepare the ingredients

Pearl barley is washed and soaked in water (preferably overnight)
Step 3:
Cut chicken breast into cubes
Step 4:
Fry in a slow cooker on the "Baking" or "Frying" mode for 10 minutes
Step 5:
While the meat is frying, cut the onion
Step 6:
Three carrots on a coarse grater
Step 7:
Add carrots, onions to the chicken and fry everything together for another 10 minutes
Step 8:
Pour out the pearl barley, pour enough water to completely cover all the ingredients, salt, pepper. Mix everything well and set the "Pilaf" mode;
Step 9:
At the end of the program, you can let the dish brew in the "preheating" mode for 20 minutes. Sprinkle with any herbs and serve on the table
