Step 1:
Ingredients needed to make charlotte.
Step 2:
Wash and peel the pears.
Step 3:
Slice the pears by removing the core and tails.
Step 4:
Beat eggs with sugar. Beat at full speed of the mixer for 5 minutes.

Lubricate the bowl of the slow cooker with vegetable oil, put it on the bottom of the pear.
