Chop the chicken into pieces.
Pour vegetable oil into a pan from a slow cooker, put the chicken there, fry for 15 minutes on one side, setting it to the "Baking" mode.
Then turn the pieces over, add salt and put the apple cut into small pieces.
Continue frying for another 25 minutes (until the signal).
Prepare the sauce by mixing all the ingredients.
Pour the sauce over the chicken.
