Pour boiling water over the coffee. Cool.
Beat the whites until a stable foam forms, gradually and gradually adding powdered sugar to them.
In a separate bowl, mix the yolks, sugar, honey, coffee, vegetable oil, cinnamon. Gradually add the sifted flour and soda.
