Pour boiling water over the coffee. Cool.

 Beat the whites until a stable foam forms, gradually and gradually adding powdered sugar to them.

Mix boiled condensed milk with butter with a mixer.

Cut the sponge cake into cakes and soak them with syrup. Lubricate with cream and assemble a honey cake with condensed milk.

Melt the finished icing and pour over the top of the cake.
