Step 1:
Heat the milk, dissolve the butter in it. Add semolina. Leave for at least 20 minutes to swell. I leave it for at least 2.5 hours — so it turns out more airy. Better - even longer.
Step 2:
Beat eggs with sugar, add vegetable oil, beat again.
Step 3:
Put semolina in milk there. Mix with flour, vanilla and baking powder.
Step 4:
Roll the berries in flour, add to the dough. (In the photo, a mannikin with strawberries). Grease the mold and sprinkle a little semolina. Lay out the dough.
Step 5:
Bake in a slow cooker in the Baking mode for 65-70 minutes (or in the oven for about an hour). After that, put it on the grill so that the mannikin cools down (instead of the grill, you can use the form of a slow cooker for a steamer).
Step 6:
Turn it over and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
