Cooking method
1. Rice is washed, filled with water and cooked until half cooked (about 20 minutes). After that, you need to rinse it with cold water again.
2. Knead the minced meat until it is elastic, add water if necessary.
3. Add a third of the rice to the minced meat. Salt, pepper, put dried garlic, mix.
4. Add the remaining rice. From the minced meat, we form balls 4-5 cm in diameter and roll them in rice.
5. Cook the balls for 20 minutes for a couple (in a steamer or in a slow cooker).
6. Meanwhile, for the sauce, rub the cucumber finely, squeeze and mix with sour cream. Knead garlic to the mixture, salt, pepper. Add olive oil and mix.
The finished dish is served with your favorite salad, garnished with fresh herbs.
