Cooking method
1. Rice is poured into a sieve, washed under running water.
2. We put the washed rice in a steamer saucepan, pour water, add salt.
3. We install a pot of rice in a steamer, cover with a lid.
4. We set the timer for 35 minutes.
5. I wash the green onions, dry them, chop them with a knife.
6. Pour rice into portions, sprinkle with chopped onion and ground paprika.
