Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
Cut the meat into pieces so that they fit into a meat grinder.
Step 2:
Wash the greens and chop them finely.
Step 3:
Meat is passed through a meat grinder along with chopped onions.
Step 4:
Add eggs, herbs, salt, pepper and mix well.
Step 5:
Form the cutlets and put them in the steamer bowl. Turn on the steamer for 30 minutes.
Step 6:
The cutlets are ready. They can be served with a side dish.
Step 7:
