Step 1:
How to make yeast-free bread in a bread maker? Prepare the products. Instead of wheat flour, you can take whole grain or first grade. Kefir is suitable for any fat content. You can use any vegetable oil. I chose Italian herbs as an additive, you can take any others or not put them at all.
Step 2:
Take the bread maker's bucket. Install the stirrer blade. Put all the ingredients in it according to your model — I have loose ones first. First pour the sifted flour into the bread maker. It is important to sift the flour to saturate it with oxygen. Then the bread will turn out to be more airy and will rise better when baking.
Step 3:
Pour kefir into the bucket, add soda.
Step 4:
Sugar.
Step 5:
Salt.
Step 6:
A mixture of Provencal herbs (or your other favorite herbs).
Step 7:
Pour olive (or any other) oil
Step 8:
Put the dough on the program "Kneading " for 10 minutes (kefir dough is not recommended to knead for a long time), and then put the program "Baking " for 1.5 hours. I advise you to follow the bread in the process, it can be cooked earlier. Programs for kneading dough and baking bread may differ depending on the model of the bread maker, follow the instructions of your modification.
Step 9:
After the end of the program, remove the ruddy bread from the bread maker, remove the stirrer blade from it and let the bread cool. Hot bread crumbles a lot when sliced.
Step 10:
Serve bread as an addition to any dish or separately, with butter. Bon appetit!
