Cooking method

Cooking time: 3 h 20 min

Rinse the raisins under running water. Then put it in a small bowl and pour boiling water so that the water completely covers the dried fruits. Leave the raisins in this position for about 5-6 minutes. This is necessary first of all so that the raisins become soft and slightly swollen - so it will be much easier to distribute over the dough. After the specified time, you should carefully drain the water, rinse the raisins with running water again and put it on paper towels to dry the raisins.

Sift all the necessary volume of wheat flour (it is best to take white flour of the highest grade) into a separate dry container. This stage is very important, since not only all the lumps are broken and unnecessary impurities are eliminated, but during this process the flour is saturated with oxygen, and the dough subsequently becomes more airy and tender.

Break the chicken eggs into a separate bowl, add sugar and salt. Then lightly beat the ingredients with a cooking whisk or a regular table fork.

Milk (you can take any fat content) is slightly heated to a temperature of 32-37 degrees Celsius. If there is no thermometer at hand, then the heat can be checked by simply dipping clean fingers into the liquid. The milk must be warm. This is necessary in order for the yeast to act faster, and the dough will come up faster in the future, and the bread will turn out to have a softer and more airy structure.

Then you can proceed directly to the laying of products in the bread maker. To do this, pour warm milk into the dough container and add dry yeast. Then transfer the egg mixture, add vanilla sugar for flavor and pour in the sifted flour, pour in a little odorless vegetable oil (refined sunflower, olive or other).

Close the lid of the bread maker and select the "Sweet bread" mode on the toolbar.

After the appropriate signal of the device, add the washed and dried raisins and close the lid again. Wait until the end of the bread baking process, then let it cool down and you can enjoy delicious pastries.

Bon appetit!
