Deep-fried cottage cheese donuts

Such cottage cheese donuts everyone will cook often! Checked! Donuts are generally an attractive thing. They are prepared very simply and quite quickly, both children and adults like them. If you add cottage cheese to donuts, it will make them healthier, and the kids healthier and more enriched with calcium. I won't talk about the pharmacy. I'd better make some more doughnuts.

Cooking method

Cooking time: 20 min

1. In a dough bowl, mix the eggs with sugar and vanilla and whisk until fluffy.
2. Add cottage cheese and whisk.
3. Gradually adding flour and soda, knead a soft dough. Roll the balls.
4. Preheat the deep-frying oil.
5. Fry the donuts on all sides until golden brown. Do not overheat the oil so that the donuts are cooked inside.
6. Put the finished donuts on a sieve or napkin to remove excess oil. Transfer the donuts to a platter and sprinkle with powdered sugar. A large non-melting powder looks very nice on donuts.
Have fun!
