Cooking method
1. In a dough bowl, mix the eggs with sugar and vanilla and whisk until fluffy.
2. Add cottage cheese and whisk.
3. Gradually adding flour and soda, knead a soft dough. Roll the balls.
4. Preheat the deep-frying oil.
5. Fry the donuts on all sides until golden brown. Do not overheat the oil so that the donuts are cooked inside.
6. Put the finished donuts on a sieve or napkin to remove excess oil. Transfer the donuts to a platter and sprinkle with powdered sugar. A large non-melting powder looks very nice on donuts.
