Cooking method
This is a recipe of Indian cuisine, it resembles our pies, it also resembles cottage cheese buns, only with stuffing. If pies take a lot of time, and sometimes there is no time or there is no strength to cook, and the family asks for something delicious, then this recipe is a godsend- the products are usually always in the refrigerator and cooking takes literally 5 minutes. According to the original recipe, balls are prepared in melted butter, but vegetable odorless is also suitable - pour it into a saucepan and put it on the fire so that it warms up enough. While we knead the dough and the butter will come in time.
In a bowl, break an egg, add salt, sugar, yogurt or kefir, mix with a spoon, add flour in two steps. It is better to sift the flour through a sieve so that it is saturated with oxygen. Stir the dough, at the end add half a teaspoon of cinnamon (if you don't like it, you can add vanilla sugar) and half a teaspoon of soda.So that it is not felt in the dough, extinguish it with lemon juice, mix everything again. You should get a dough of the consistency of thick sour cream.
Take 2-3 bananas, peel and cut into pieces about 1.5 cm thick. We prick them on a fork, dip the pieces into the dough and lower them into boiling oil. They are fried quickly for 10-15 seconds, so do not miss it, so as not to burn. Turn it over to the other side, fry it also quickly and take it out on a dish covered with a paper napkin so that the excess oil falls on it. From above, we soak the balls with a napkin, too, removing excess oil. We lower the next batch into the saucepan. And while the kettle is boiling, we have a treat ready. A banana melts from a high temperature, becomes tender and it seems that you are eating something delicious with cream. Try to cook, your family, especially children, will be satisfied.Have a nice tea party! Of course, I do not advise cooking it every day, since it is cooked in oil, but sometimes you can pamper yourself.
