Cooking method
1. Beat the egg. Pour flour and breadcrumbs into flat plates.
2. Cut the ham into 4 equal pieces. Divide the cheese heads in half lengthwise and put the ham between the halves, press lightly.
3. Roll the cheese heads with ham in flour, soak them in an egg and then roll them in breadcrumbs.
4. In this form, we will put the cheese in the refrigerator for 20 minutes.
5. Meanwhile, for the sauce, mix cranberry jam, orange juice and sweet mustard in a bowl.
6. In a deep frying pan, heat the vegetable oil and quickly, to preserve the shape, fry the cheese and ham in breadcrumbs on both sides until golden brown.
7. Let's dry camembert with ham from oil on paper napkins.
