Step 1:
Simple and very affordable ingredients.
Step 2:
Peel the potatoes and turn them into slices - with a knife, grater or other device.
Step 3:
Fill the potatoes with water, rinse from starch and dry with a paper towel. Spread in one layer on a plate (board) and season with a mixture of spices.
Step 4:
Heat the oil well and fry the chips.
Step 5:
When they turned golden on one side, we turn them over.
Step 6:
Soak off excess oil and put it in a plate. We serve homemade chips cooked at home in a frying pan.
