Step 1:
How to make fried pork brains? Rinse the brains under running water.
Step 2:
Pour water into a saucepan, add salt, pepper and bay leaf, bring to a boil, add vinegar and lay out the brains. Cook for 5 minutes after boiling. Then turn it off, cover it and wait for 20 minutes.
Step 3:
Put the boiled brains on a board or napkin, cool slightly and cut lengthwise into plates 1.5-2 cm thick, it turns out in half.

Mix everything for the batter.

Heat the oil in a frying pan. Soak your brains in flour, then in batter - and into a frying pan.
Step 7:
Fry until golden brown, remove on a napkin to drain the fat.
