Step 1:
Prepare the necessary products.
Step 2:
Pour the beer into a bowl and pour a pinch of salt.
Step 3:
Add the sifted flour in small parts.
Step 4:
Knead thick dough.
Step 5:
Peel the onion and garlic. Finely chop the onion with a knife. Grate the garlic on a fine grater.
Step 6:
Pour salt and black pepper to taste into the minced meat, mix.
Step 7:
Add onion and garlic and stir until smooth.
Step 8:
Divide the dough into 10-11 pieces.
Step 9:
Roll out each piece into a thin cake. Put 1-2 tsp of minced meat on one part.
Step 10:
Cover the dough filling and pinch the edge with a fork.
Step 11:
Heat the sunflower oil in a frying pan and fry the chebureks until golden on each side.
Step 12:
Put the pasties on a napkin so that the oil is absorbed.
Step 13:
