Step 1:
Prepare all the necessary products.

Melt butter in a water bath and add to kefir.

Pour salt and sugar, mix the dough well.
Step 5:
Break the raw egg and stir thoroughly.
Step 6:
Add the sifted flour in parts and knead the dough.
Step 7:
The dough should not stick to your hands, but at the same time remains soft.
Step 8:
Roll out the dough into a layer 6-7 mm thick. Using a large glass, cut out the circles.
Step 9:
Take a smaller shape and cut out the middle to make a donut shape.
Step 10:
Heat the vegetable oil in a saucepan or saucepan. Dip the donuts in the oil and fry on both sides until golden brown. The middle can also be fried.
Step 11:
Spread the donuts on a paper napkin so that the remaining oil is absorbed.
Step 12:
