Cooking method

1. Add salt, yeast, vanilla, sugar to the sifted flour and mix.
Add 2 beaten eggs, melted butter and warm milk, knead a homogeneous dough.
Put the dough in a warm place for 1 hour, cover the bowl with a damp towel or cling film, the dough should rise.
2. Knead the finished dough, divide into 2 parts and roll out a 1 cm thick circle from each part.
3. Take a pastry ring or a glass with a diameter of 8-9 cm and cut out circles.
In the center of each circle, cut a circle with a diameter of 2 cm and remove excess dough.
Leave the prepared donuts on the board for 15 minutes, the dough should rise before baking.
4. Heat 1 liter of oil in a frying pan, put a small piece of dough, if bubbles form around the dough, then the oil has warmed up.
Put the donuts in oil, turn down the heat and fry over medium heat for 2 minutes on each side until golden brown.
Get the finished donuts out of the oil and put them on a napkin to remove excess oil. Allow the donuts to cool completely.
5. We make the glaze: 100 g of white chocolate, add 2 tablespoons of hot cream, mix, heat the chocolate with cream in a water bath, stirring constantly or you can melt it in the microwave for 30 seconds in three steps, take it out of the microwave every 10 seconds and mix well. If the chocolate is thick, add a little more cream.
6. The cooled donut is dipped in melted chocolate, sprinkle with confectionery sprinkles on top.
7. To prepare the colored glaze, add the food coloring diluted with 1 tsp of water, mix well, if there are small lumps left in the dye, strain the dye through a fine sieve and add it to the melted white chocolate glaze, mix well.
Dip the finished donuts in colored glaze and sprinkle with pastry sprinkles on top.
8. For the chocolate glaze in dark chocolate, add 4 tbsp.we will prepare spoons of cream in the same way as the white chocolate glaze, if the glaze seems thick to you, add a little cream. Doughnuts are dipped in glaze and allowed to freeze for 10 minutes, if desired, you can apply a pattern of white chocolate. or sprinkle with chocolate chips. The donuts are ready. Bon appetit!
