Cooking method
1. Put the cottage cheese in a bowl, mash with a fork. Cottage cheese should be dry enough.
2. Break the eggs to the cottage cheese, put salt, cheese, grated on a grater. Mix everything together.
3. Add flour, mix again.
4. Form donuts, try to make them the same size, put them on the work surface. In total, from such a number of dough, they should turn out to be about 20 pcs.
5. Prepare the breading: pour semolina, flour into a bowl, mix.
6. Breaded donuts, forming smooth and dense balls.
7. In a saucepan with a thick bottom, heat the oil.
8. Carefully use a spoon to lower the donuts into the hot oil, cook them for 6-8 minutes. The fire should be slightly less than average. Donuts are beautifully and appetitively browned.
9. Put the finished cheese donuts on a paper towel so that the excess oil is absorbed.
