Step 1:
Boil 120ml. water with salt 3gr. Very quickly brew 50 grams of flour and let cool.

Add egg, vegetable oil, milk. Gradually adding flour, knead the dough.

If there is not enough flour, you can add more, the dough should not stick to your hands. Cover and let the dough stand for 1 hour. During this time, knead again.
Step 4:
While the dough is resting, we make the filling.
Step 5:
Finely chop the onion and add to the minced meat, mix with 100ml. water and spices.
Step 6:
Divide the dough into pieces and roll out into tortillas 2 mm thick.
Step 7:
Put minced meat on one half of the tortilla and cover with the other half.
Step 8:
Press down the edges with a fork and roll with a saucer, make sure that the seam is tightly closed.
Step 9:
