Prepare the filling: grate the cheese. Garlic is passed through a garlic juicer. Combine the cheese with garlic, add a little mayonnaise to make a thick mass, and mix well. Remove the fried crab sticks from the deep fryer with a slotted spoon, and spread on paper napkins to remove excess oil.
