Step 1:
Prepare all the products.
Step 2:
Beat egg with sugar with a whisk.
Step 3:
Melt the butter and add it to the dough along with kefir.
Step 4:
Mix flour with cocoa, salt, cinnamon and baking powder.
Step 5:
Pour the dry mass into the dough and mix.
Step 6:
Knead thick dough with a spoon. It is sticky, put it in the refrigerator for 1 hour to cool.
Step 7:
Roll out the dough into a 1 cm thick layer. Cut out large circles, and small ones in the middle.
Step 8:
Fry donuts in preheated oil on both sides until golden brown.
Step 9:
Put the donuts on a paper napkin.
Step 10:
Add water to powdered sugar and mix until smooth.
Step 11:
Cover the warm donuts with icing sugar and you can serve them to the table. Bon appetit!
