Peel, rinse and dry the onion. Cut not into thin rings / but not thick, otherwise the inside will remain raw and bitter /. Disassemble the rings into separate rings.

Pan in wheat flour.
Step 8:
Dip in corn batter.
Step 9:
Deep fry until blush on both sides.
Step 10:
Spread fried rings on a paper napkin / to remove excess fat/. Serve with sour sauce. Enjoy your meal!
Onions can be taken of any color and variety, but a light, not very sharp, with "fleshy" rings is more suitable.
