Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
Today we will cook a very tasty and beautiful jelly. We take two bags of dry jelly concentrate - I have cherry and lemon. You can take jelly to your liking. For milk jelly, we take milk, gelatin, sugar and 100 ml of water for soaking gelatin.
Step 2:
First layer. We prepare jelly according to the instructions on the package. Only you need to take a little less water. I have 400 ml in my instructions, I took 350 ml.
Step 3:
Such a beautiful and rich color)
Step 4:
We take transparent glasses - layers will be visible in them! Pour the first layer of jelly and put it in the refrigerator until completely solidified.
Step 5:
And you can make these layers more original. I have such a wooden stand - I put glasses in it at an angle - the jelly will freeze and it will be very beautiful!
Step 6:
And you can just substitute some object and cups on it at an angle. It will be spectacular!
Step 7:
Each next layer of jelly needs to start cooking when the first layer is very well frozen. For milk jelly, pour gelatin with water, let it swell.
Step 8:
Put the milk on the fire, let it boil, add sugar and boil again.
Step 9:
Add our gelatin mass and warm it up again on fire. Each new layer must be cooled well before pouring. Pour the cooled milk jelly on top of the cherry layer and put it back in the refrigerator until it cools completely.
Step 10:
In the same way as cherry, we prepare lemon jelly from a bag. Cool and pour on the milk layer. We put it in the refrigerator until it freezes completely.
Step 11:
That's such a beautiful, original jelly we got! Both children and adults will be delighted. You can make more layers - it all depends on your taste.
Step 12:
Bon appetit!
