Cooking method
1. Wash fruits and berries, if necessary, peel them. Fruits and berries can be taken any to your taste. Cut the fruits and large berries into small pieces.
2. Pour grape juice into a saucepan. If it seems too concentrated to taste, dilute it 1:1 (160 ml of juice and water each).
3. Add agar-agar and mix everything well.
4. Put the saucepan on low heat, bring to a boil, cook for 2 minutes.
5. At this time, arrange the fruits and berries into molds.
6. Add xylitol to the saucepan, stir.
7. Pour the jelly into the molds, let cool and put it in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
8. Remove the frozen jelly from the molds and serve it to the table.
