Gelatin is diluted in cold water. We keep sour cream in the refrigerator for at least one hour. After that, we take two containers of such sizes that we can put one into the other. Pour cold water into a large container, put sour cream in a smaller one. We put the container with sour cream in water and start beating with a mixer at high speed until the sour cream increases in volume twice. Continuing to beat, pour a thin stream of sugar and vanilla sugar. Beat until the sugar dissolves. Melt the softened gelatin, cool it and pour it carefully into the sour cream mass, continuing to beat again.
