Mature currants are washed and separated from twigs and unripe berries.

Chop the berries a little in a blender. Then add sugar in portions and grind to a homogeneous puree.

We take silicone baking molds, wash them well with soda, wipe dry. We put currant puree in each mold.

Put the currant molds in the freezer until the puree freezes completely.

We remove the frozen currants from the molds and pack them in plastic wrap. And in this form we send it to the freezer for storage!
