Step 1:

Pour a liter of water into a saucepan and put it on the stove.
Step 4:
Wash the onion husks and add them to the pan. As soon as it boils, cook for 15 minutes.

Strain the onion broth and return it to the stove.

Add tea, salt, sugar and spices to the broth.
Step 7:
Bring the marinade to a boil, turn it off and let it cool under the lid.

Fill the fish with marinade.

Cover with a weight so that the mackerel does not float, and leave for 8 hours in the room.
Step 10:
Then put the fish in the refrigerator for 3 days. Turn the fish over 2 times a day so that it is colored and marinated evenly.
