Cooking method
1. We put peas of black and allspice, cloves, bay leaf in a mortar, pour coriander and ginger. We grind the spices with a pestle, but not into powder, but more coarsely.
2. We put the herring in a bowl, wash it under running water, then drain the liquid.
3. Sprinkle the fish with spices and salt, mix gently. Cover the bowl with a lid or a plate of smaller diameter, install a small load.
4. We send a bowl of herring to the refrigerator for 12 hours.
After the specified time, the fish can be eaten. When serving, before serving, you can cut off her heads and tail fins so that the dish looks beautiful and appetizing.
