Lightly grind black pepper with sugar and salt in a mortar
I remove the zest from the lemon, rub it on a fine grater and add it to the mixture.
I squeeze the juice out of the peeled lemon.
Finely chop dill, mint, oak leaves, tarragon.
Cut off the tips of cucumbers and put them in a high bowl, large cucumbers can be cut.
Dip the tips of the cucumbers in the mixture, then put the whole mixture on the cucumbers, pour the lemon juice, mix everything, put in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
