Cooking method
1. Tomatoes are washed and pierced a couple of times with a toothpick. It is better to take small tomatoes so that they are cooked faster and more evenly.
2. Put tomatoes in a bag, add salt, sugar.
3. Chop the herbs and garlic, add to the tomatoes.
4. We tie the bag, shake everything thoroughly (but carefully) and put it in the refrigerator.
Tomatoes will be ready in 4 hours, but you can start trying after a couple of hours. It is advisable to turn the package over from time to time so that they are better salted. If you leave tomatoes overnight, it will be more salty and saturated!
