Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
Wash and dry the mushrooms. Disassemble the dill into small twigs. Cut the garlic into plates.
Step 2:
In a clean jar, lay out layers of mushrooms, garlic, dill. Repeat the layers to the neck of the jar.
Step 3:
Put a few peas of black pepper on top.
Step 4:
BRINE: dissolve salt in water.
Step 5:
Pour the pickle over the mushrooms.
Step 6:
Close the lid and put it in the refrigerator for a day.
Step 7:
Serve the mushrooms with onion and vegetable oil, garnish with parsley sprigs. Bon appetit!
