Step 1:
Wash cucumbers, cut into thin circles.
Step 2:
Peel the onion and cut it into rings.
Step 3:
Chop the dill finely.
Step 4:
Boil the oil, cool.
Step 5:
Prepare the filling: dissolve salt, sugar, vinegar in water, add oil.
Step 6:
Mix cucumbers with onions and dill in a basin, add the filling, mix everything and let it brew for 2 hours. Stir occasionally.
Step 7:
Put bay leaves and 2 peas of pepper in sterilized jars at the bottom.Fill the top tightly with vegetables, filling.
Step 8:
Place the jars in a pot of water, cover with lids, sterilize half-liter jars-10 minutes, liter jars-15 minutes.
Step 9:
Roll up the hot jars with lids, turn them over, cover them with a blanket until they cool down.Then it can be stored at room temperature.Delicious salad, easy to prepare, try it!
