Cooking method
1. Filter birch sap through gauze folded in 3 layers.
2. In a small bowl, we dilute the yeast by adding water.
3. Squeeze the juice out of the lemon.
4. To the birch juice, add honey, lemon juice and pour in the previously dissolved yeast.
5. Pour kvass into a suitable capacity container, add raisins and close the lid.
6. Give kvass the time during which it should turn into a real drink. To do this, we put the bottle in a cool place (you can put it in the cellar) for 2-3 days.
