Cooking method
We sort out the mushrooms, wash and dry them.
In a deep container, mix mayonnaise, ground black pepper and salt.
The resulting mixture is abundantly watered with champignons. We try to make sure that each mushroom is covered with mayonnaise. Add dry spices to the mushrooms, mix.
In order for the champignons to marinate, 60 minutes is enough.
After that, you can start cooking them.
