Today I propose to make a billet of pickled oyster mushrooms.
1. So, cut the mushrooms arbitrarily, pour them into a saucepan, add garlic. Mix everything and leave for 15 minutes.
2. In hot water, dissolve salt and sugar, bring to a boil.
3. Pour boiling brine over the mushrooms, add vinegar.
