Pickled oyster mushrooms for winter

Prepare delicious mushrooms and enjoy them in winter! I really like mushrooms. And not only to cook all sorts of dishes from them, but also to collect. The very atmosphere of the forest inspires and gives a sense of peace. Although due to lack of time I often buy mushrooms in the store, they still do not cease to remind me about the forest and its alluring silence. And opening a jar of pickled oyster mushrooms in winter, I enjoy their taste and dream of forest walks.

Today I propose to make a billet of pickled oyster mushrooms.

1. So, cut the mushrooms arbitrarily, pour them into a saucepan, add garlic. Mix everything and leave for 15 minutes.
2. In hot water, dissolve salt and sugar, bring to a boil.
3. Pour boiling brine over the mushrooms, add vinegar.
4. Cook oyster mushrooms under a closed lid for about 30 minutes.
5. Lay out the mushrooms in sterile jars. Before rolling, add a spoonful of vegetable oil to each jar.

Let winter not steal comfort from your home! Open the blanks and eat with appetite!
