Cooking method
Before putting mushrooms on a skewer, they need to be pickled.
We put the peeled and washed champignons in a bowl, salt and pepper to taste.
Pour vinegar and water, sprinkle with dried dill and cover with a lid.
Leave the mushrooms to marinate.
After one and a half to two hours, champignons can be cooked on the grill.
