Cooking method
In a saucepan of the required volume, mix water with honey, add wine vinegar and pepper, send it to medium heat. Cook the brine over low heat, bringing to a boil.
Cut off the ends of the asparagus so that it matches the size of the jars and thoroughly clean them.
We put the asparagus in clean scalded jars and pour the brine in such a way that it covers the pods completely.
We close the jars and send them to the refrigerator for storage. Such a delicious taste will serve as a wonderful addition to any side dish.
