Cooking method
Prepare a brine of water, salt, sugar and vinegar, add pepper, bay leaf and pour in the pre-washed and peeled mushrooms. Bring everything to a boil and cook for 30 minutes. Remove from the stove, let cool and put in the refrigerator to brew. If desired, add either pickled onion (1:2 vinegar: water) or green to the mushrooms. When serving, season the mushrooms with sunflower oil.
