Step-by-step cooking
This amazing food (more precisely, snack) is called "Pickled carrot Copper coin". It belongs to Russian cuisine, looks great on the table and is also eaten wonderfully.
We cut the peeled carrots into beautiful circles (actually, these will be our "coins"). After we put a pot of water on the fire, let it boil and immediately throw our carrots to cook. But we do not bring them to readiness, the vegetables should become soft enough to be pleasant to bite and chew afterwards. We take a glass jar with a swirling lid and put in it: finely chopped garlic, black pepper, dry mustard, dry oregano, salt. Now pour in the oil, vinegar and water. We tighten the lid and shake it well so that the salt completely dissolves. We put the carrots that have not been boiled to the end into the jars prepared for rolling and pour the marinade. By the way, such a carrot is prepared within one day, so this culinary recipe can be used not only for winter supplies.
