Sometimes cooking recipes that cooks tell on the radio delight with unexpected combinations of products. An unusual salad with pickled grapes and green onions is no exception. When I heard it, I immediately tried to cook it. It's good that pickled grapes were at hand, and the rest of the ingredients are extremely simple and will always be found in the nearest grocery store. The washed and dried green onion was crumbled rather coarsely, pickled grapes were added and mixed carefully, trying not to crush the fragile grapes. Then I prepared a sauce in a blender from a mixture of water, vegetable oil and vinegar, which I seasoned with salad, salted and peppered the food, and served parsley garnished with herbs to the table. Salt and pepper is better to your taste, I like it sharper, but in moderation, of course, some people like the more delicate and slightly bland taste of dishes. As you know, tastes are not disputed. The food does not contain animal components, so vegetarians and believers can easily taste it during the fast.
